How do I get started to make a Duplicate Challenge Coin?
It's really simple! If you have a coin you can mail to us, that makes things easiest. If the coin is non-returnable, we will offer FREE DIES. Yes we will create a new set of dies free when you place an order with us. Minimum requirements: 100 piece order.

Where are your challenge coins made?
eMilitaryCoins.com uses factories in South Korea & China. If you coin was orinally made in China with the other company. We will even switch you to the other country, your choice. We will notify you of where your coin were orinally created.

I would like to have my challenge coin made from my artwork. How do you accept coin artwork?
We accept artwork that was originally used to create your coin. No problem, email that information to us.

What is the usual production time for a duplication coin order?
Less than 6 weeks.

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
One of our customer service rep's will e-mail you with a tracking number from USPS for your shipment and with the date you can expect delivery.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We will accept personal checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Military Impact Card, Pay Pal at the time of order. Your card will charged upon the approval of the artwork. Just give us a call let us know how you are sending your payment if it's not by our online order form. Please send a copy of the order form if payment is made by check, money order. This will connect your shipping information to the order.

Can I order more challenge coins after my first order?
Absolutely. If you need a price quote for your reorder, please visit our quote form or give us a call. We look forward to receiving your reorder.

Will you sell my coin to anyone or on E-Bay?
No! We have a very strict policy that only the ordering organization can sell their own coin. If someone is persistent about receiving your coin, we will try to put them in contact with the ordering organization.

When we receive a order for a coin that we recognize as another organization's we will try to get a hold of the last person that was the POC of the coin to make sure that the new POC is approved to use the coin die. This is important to us.
