What will your coin look like? Everyone has given you their input and now it's up to you to get the job done. Working with us, we can assist you in making this process as easy as possible. We will take you ideas and artwork and formalize them into an order for your coin. We will advise you on what works and what doesn't, and then produce a computerized image of your coin for your approval.

Step 1: Pick a Finish for your coin

Remember when picking the Finish (color) of your coin -- we have 6 Different Coin Finishes: Antique Gold, Antique Silver (Pewter), Antique Bronze, Bright Shiny Silver, Bright Shiny Gold and our newest metal, Shiny Black Nickel. You might find our Customer Coin Collection a good place to see the different finishes and how they have been used.

Step 2: Pick Coin Size and Quantity

Our standard sizes are 1 5/8", 1 3/4", 2", 2 ", Dog Tag (2 1/2" x 1 1/4"). We also produce coins with odd shapes. Remember, for extremely detailed work, larger coins work best. The standard thickness is 3mm, we also offer other thicknesses, see adding extra features.

Quantity is up to you. The more you order the cheaper the per-coin cost will be. Our price breaks are; 50-99, 100-300, 301-700, 701-1000, 1001-2499.

Step 3: Add Extra Features to Your Coin

Choose any combination of extra features to enhance the look of your coin. We carry all the special features available for coins; Color fill, Engraved numbers, Clear Epoxy, Diamond cut edge, Reeded edge (like the side of a quarter), Key Chain, Gold & Silver plating, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm thickness, Sandblasting finish, Attaching Metal Logos, Picture Inserts, Special cutouts, and more.

Step 4: Fill out and submit the On-line Estimate Form and send Artwork

a. Fill out the On-Line estimate form completely, use the extra block at the bottom to relay more information. Our specialized sales team will email you an estimate for your approval.

b. It is a really good idea to send us any artwork you have so we can give you the best estimate possible.

Send Us Your Artwork (Anyway you can)...
You can e-mail, snail-mail, or fax us the artwork/design of your coin. Electronically, we can accept .ppt (PowerPoint), .jpg, .ai, .gif, .cdr (CorelDraw), .png, .bmp, .psd (PhotoShop) and more. We prefer electronic files with the information because your order will process faster, but we can even take your artwork off of napkins from some remote site, just fax it in and give us a call. We will need to talk to you about the setup if it is a rough drawing. We want your coin, therefore your organization to look great! The better the artwork submitted, the better the coin. Our Art Service is FREE for anyone who uses our coin services (But you will be charge $100.00 for our work if you decide not to use our services).

Step 5: Customer Approval

a. Approximately 4-7 days after the factory receives the artwork of your coin, you will receive a digital picture (proof) of the actual coin via e-mail.

b. Send us your approval or changes as necessary. Please note changes to the die will require an additional 5-7 days for you to receive another proof, your order will continue once we receive a final approval from you.

c. If required, a sample of your coin can be sent to you for a close-up inspection before mass production begins (USA Only). Keep in mind, this step will take several days for shipping, again, your order will continue once we receive a final approval from you.

Special Note: On RUSH orders, the customer will waive step 6

Step 6: Payment Methods

Your coin Invoice will be e-mailed to you and you can pay on-line with a personal credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Gov Impact Card, or Debit Card through our secure site. You can mail us your payment with Unit Checks, Business Check, Personal Check or a money order. We guarantee our coins 100% and will work at making every coin order to your satisfaction.

Step 7: Reorder

You've received your coins but they're in such demand you need to order more - fast. Not a problem, just go the on-line reorder page or give us a call. It will take less time to receive your new order because the die is already made and approved. Remember, it will be less expensive because your die charge is already paid.
