How do I get started to make a new Coin for my squadron?
It's really simple! Take a look at our Customer Ordering Guide. We also can help you if you call our Customer Service Desk. You can also fill out and send us an On-line Estimate Form and that will give you an idea of how much the coins will cost.
How much does your coin dies cost?
Our die fees vary in price based on the size of the coin, Check our Price List for current pricing. We have some standardized dies that are available at no cost to you, so you would only pay for your customized side.
Where are your coins made?
eMilitaryCoins.com uses factories in South Korea. We don't hide the fact that we have 4 factories that have worked with us since 1997. Our factories work very hard to support all our customers. We use overseas companies because of the price and the quality craftsmanship. We do use one USA factory for customers that have that requirement, but the prices are much higher.
Why do I have to pay the balance to get my order started?
eMilitaryCoins.com wants to help all customers, but we must know if you are serious to have your coin made by us. We always send a FREE on-line estimate, but to start your artwork, we need a completed order form. This is a commitment to an order. Time is involved in the artwork, generation of dies, etc. We do not have the manpower nor the funds to credit all orders without this commitment.
