How do I get started to make a new coin for my squadron?

It’s simple! Take a look at our Customer Ordering Guide or Contact us. You can also submit an Online Estimate Form. That will give you an idea of how much the coins will cost.

How much do your coin dies cost?

Our die fees vary in price based on the size of the coin. Please submit a Free Estimate to receive pricing. We have some standardized dies that are available at no cost – you would only pay for your customized side.

Where are your coins made?

eMilitaryCoins.com uses factories in South Korea & China. We don’t hide the fact that we have four factories that have worked with us since 1997. Our factories work very hard to support all of our customers. We use overseas companies because the price and the quality of craftsmanship. For customers who require coins made in the U.S., we work with one USA factory, but the prices are much higher.

Why do I have to pay the balance to get my order started?

eMilitaryCoins.com wants to help all customers, but we must know you are serious about having your coin made by us. We will always send a FREE online estimate, but to start your artwork, we need a completed order form. This is a commitment to an order. Time is involved in the artwork, generation of dies, etc. We do not have the manpower nor the funds to credit all orders without this commitment.

I would like to have my coin made from my artwork. How do you accept coin artwork?

We accept artwork in all formats. Click here for a complete explanation of our artwork requirements. The most important thing is to send the best artwork you can. The better the detail, the better the coin!

What is the usual production time for my coin order?

Normal coin production time is 4 – 6 weeks. The process of creating a die takes 5 to 7 days, depending on how complex or detailed (3D faces can take longer). The mass production of your coins takes 15 to 25 days depending on quantity. When possible, please notify us in advance of your planned presentation date. We will schedule production to allow ample shipping time for your order.

Will I be notified when my order has shipped?

One of our customer service representatives will email you with a tracking number from FedEx, UPS or EMS for your shipment and with a date you can expect delivery.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Military Impact Card, or PayPal at the time of order. Your card will be charged upon the approval of the artwork. Give us a call to let us know how you are sending your payment if it’s not through our online order form. Please send a copy of the order form if payment is made by check or money order. This will connect your shipping information to the order.

I don’t know how to use those Graphics Programs. Can you create my artwork?

One of the most important parts of our customer service is having an Art Director on staff. Using our creative talents and our 45 combined years of military service, we can design and execute a coin that will be unique to your organization – a coin you will be proud of. Will you sell or otherwise distribute my email address or other credit information about me?

No! eMilitarycoins.com will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose, or make available personally information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.

Can I order more coins after my first order?

Yes! You can reorder coins online. Click here to fill out the order form. Remember that you will not have to pay the die fee again if this is a reorder.

Will you resell my coin to a third party?

No. We have a strict policy that states that only the ordering organization can sell their coin. If someone inquires about replicating your coin, we will attempt to put them in contact with the ordering organization.

When we receive an order that we recognize as another organization’s, we will attempt to contact the last Point of Contact (POC) for that coin to ensure that the new POC is approved to use the coin die. This is important to us.
