Legal rights for Artwork. Customer shall determine weather customer has adequate legal rights to use, reproduce, re-sale, or other wise make use of any pictures, symbols or artwork in the manner contemplated by purchase to be reproduced by eMilitaryCoins.com. The pictures, symbols and/or artwork either requested or provided by you, the customer, and used by eMilitaryCoins.com to create your coin for you, could have come from many sources that are not controlled by eMilitaryCoins.com or our coin manufacturer. eMilitaryCoins.com works very hard with each customer to make sure that every artwork is legal. We want your coin experience to be stress free.
Personalized Products. The Customer shall comply with any legal obligation associated with the artwork being used by eMilitaryCoins.com when contracting eMilitaryCoins.com to make a personalized product. This includes, but is not limited to, obligations imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, and export laws for any and all artwork used.
Approval. The Customer shall determine whether the pictures, symbols and/or artwork which will be used by eMilitaryCoins.com for creating their personalized product complies with customers needs. Purchaser must thoroughly examine and approve the artwork prior to approving and final payment for a coin to be made.
Delivery. Although products purchased from eMilitaryCoins.com are normally delivered within 4-6 weeks, purchaser understands that there are no guaranteed delivery dates. eMilitaryCoins.com will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries because of delivery companies, UPS, FedEx, USPS, military mail, etc.
Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled after confirmation of Sales Order.
Rush Jobs. Customers that by-pass the option to have a digital picture (proof) of their coin (for RUSH jobs) agree to accept the completed coins "As is". Since we cannot guarantee how a design will look when it is converted into metal, we will not refund or remake the coins unless there is an error on the coins that wasnÕt on the coin artwork which was approved by the customer at the beginning of the project.
Proof Approval. Our customer must verify and approve the product design/artwork from the .pdf file that is sent to them for the coin before ordering a sample. If the customer finds a mistake on the sample that is different than the approved artwork, eMilitaryCoins.com will pay for the sample to fix the problem. If the coin customer approves the coin artwork and then decides they donÕt like the way it looks on the sample coin product that was e-mailed to them, the customer is responsible for the cost to make any changes to the die at the factory.

Midwest Laser Engraving and eMilitarycoins.com, Inc. reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless otherwise specified. All costs of transportation and insurance shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by the customer or by Midwest Laser Engraving & eMilitarycoins.com, Inc.
Limitation of Liability. In no event will Midwest Laser Engraving & eMilitarycoins.com, Inc be liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Midwest Laser Engraving & eMilitarycoins.com, Inc. or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. Less than Minimum. All coin orders that are minimum quantities have there prices listed on the website. Less than minimum orders will be accepted with an additional charge of $50.00 and will pay all shipping on this order.
When Ordering: When you place an order with Midwest Laser Engraving and eMilitarycoins.com, Inc., you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute Midwest Laser Engraving & eMilitarycoins.com, Inc. with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. You also consent to indemnify and absolve Midwest Laser Engraving and eMilitarycoins.com, Inc. and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses
Order Changes: When you change your order (piece, color, artwork, and shipping information) may result in changes to your ship date as well as additional setup or proof charges. If final production has started on your coin order it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment of order. Defective merchandise must be reported to us w/in 10 days from receipt of order. Prior to return, all merchandise requires a Return Authorization from Customer Service.
PMS Color Match: We can custom mix colors for you based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS). We cannot guarantee exact color matches, however we will make every effort to match as close as possible.
Product Specifications Midwest Laser Engraving & eMIilitarycoins.com, Inc. reserves the right to modify products as needed to assure quality and product availability.
Paper Proofs: A no-charge Paper Proof will be provided on each order. Any changes to the layout or artwork will require an additional proof.
